Donations allow the Port Moody Public Library to enhance its services and meet changing community needs. Please consider giving a gift to the Library in the name of a friend or loved one to celebrate a special event or in memoriam. Monetary donations of $20 or more are tax deductible and will receive a tax receipt.

Book donation |

You can drop book donations off at the Library during our open hours. Due to limited space, we can only accept two small bags or one small box of donations at a time. We accept the following kinds of donations:
We may add your donated items to the library's collection, include them in our book sales, or recycle them. |

Adopt a Book |
|
You can sponsor the purchase of books and other materials for the library collection. We identify each item with a donor plate to recognize your support. Complete the Adopt a Book form. Mail it to us or drop it off in person at the Library. |

One-time monetary donation |
|
You may designate your gift for a specific library service or let us use your donation towards our greatest need. Funds can help us upgrade our equipment, refurbish the facility, purchase new books and specialty collections, or expand services and programs. |

Planned giving |
|
Providing a gift to the Library when planning your estate can provide tax savings. Setting a specific amount of cash or other items of value to go to the Library in your will is the simplest way to make a planned gift. There are other options for giving such as:
