The Port Moody Public Library's Digitization Station lets you convert photos, negatives, slides, family videos, cassette tape recordings and more into digital formats.

Using the digitization station

If it is your first time using the station, we will provide an orientation session for you. Depending on what you are digitizing, an orientation typically takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. We will show you how to use the equipment and convert an item together. You will need basic computer skills to use the station.

After you have attended an orientation, you can book the station to digitize materials on your own.

To book an orientation with us, fill out the online orientation request form or call 604-469-4577.
