Here are the winning entries for the 2024 Scary Story Contest for Teens!
We invited Tri-Cities, Anmore, and Belcarra students ages 11-18 to enter our annual contest. A panel of judges including the Port Moody Public Library, the Coquitlam Public Library, and Terry Fox Library judged the entries, which all had to include the words spectral, ichor, and keen.

- First prize: George by Oonah Barnes
- Second prize: The Ichor of Black Hollow by Devansh Kumar
- Third prize: Witch by Lillian Lu
Ages 15-18
- First prize: Portrait in Flesh by Malaya Barroso
- Second prize: "Good morning, Tony!" by Lexi Johnson
- Third prize: Mother by Jalian Jiang
